Director of Product

Intertek is searching for a Director, Product to join our People Assuranceteam in our Bozeman, MT office, or remote within the US. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow a versatile career in Product Management!

What are we looking for?
The Director of Product is responsible for leading the product management and product design team and overseeing the entire lifecycle of product development, from ideation through launch and post-launch performance. This role requires strategic vision, deep product expertise, leadership skills, and a customer-centric approach to drive the success of products in the market. The Director of Product works cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, sales, and operations to align product strategy with business goals and deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs.

About the Wisetail Team

Intertek Wisetail provides a custom branded training and communication platform built to engage today's workforce with a complete learning management system, giving customers the tools to grow their passionate workforce.

What you'll do:
  • Define long-term product strategy and roadmap in alignment with company goals.
  • Lead new product explorations and business models for competitive advantage.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product decisions.
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams on product requirements.
  • Prioritize product features based on customer feedback and business objectives.
  • Manage and mentor a team of product managers and designers.
  • Serve as the primary contact for stakeholders across departments.
  • Use data and customer feedback to drive product improvements.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies in collaboration with marketing and sales.

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of Product Management experience.
  • 3+ years of managerial or lead experience .
  • Proven success in delivering impactful products.
  • Expertise in product management, design, and marketing.
  • Knowledge of go-to-market strategies and product positioning.
  • Strong analytical thinking and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with SaaS and educational technology products.
  • Experience with data-driven decision-making processes.
