Grow Team Associate Phat Panda | Worcester, MA Join our cultivation team as a Grow Team Associate, where you'll help keep our facility running smoothly and our plants thriving. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who takes pride in consistency, cleanliness, and following procedures closely. Position Details Pay: $18/hour Employment Type: Full-Time Training: Provided - no cannabis experience required What You'll Do Carry out daily watering, pruning, feeding, and general plant maintenance Support plant training techniques and broader production workflows Keep equipment and work areas clean, sanitized, and organized Lend a hand during harvest and post-harvest processing Contribute to ongoing cultivation projects alongside the team Log activities and maintain thorough, accurate documentation Follow all safety, sanitation, and quality-control protocols Collaborate with coworkers to hit daily output targets What We're Looking For Must be 21 or older High school diploma or GED preferred, not required Experience working with plants is ideal Background in agriculture, warehouse, manufacturing, or production work is a plus but not necessary Comfortable following both written and verbal directions Detail-oriented with solid recordkeeping habits Comfortable with basic computer use Able to work independently or as part of a group Physically able to lift 50 lbs and handle repetitive motion throughout the shift Able to tolerate warm, humid indoor conditions Able to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods On-the-Job Environment You'll be working indoors in a cultivation facility with exposure to plants, soil, moisture, cleaning agents, and shifting temperature/humidity. All safety training is provided before you start.
