We are seeking an Account Specialist, Land Acquisitions to join American Tower’s U.S. division’s Land Acquisition team. The team fuels growth through analyses and acquisitions of real estate opportunities within the wireless infrastructure industry. Day to day, you will negotiate business terms with landlords regarding necessary consents and additional land needs required to facilitate carrier collocation projects. As an Account Specialist you will partner with cross-functional groups, such as the Legal Operations and Leasing Operations teams, to deliver transaction updates and assist with project close-out processes.
