We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join American Tower’s IT department. The IT team delivers quality software solutions that provide measurable business value. The Senior Oracle Fusion HCM Business Analyst is responsible for leading the IT owned design, configuration, optimization, and support of Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management (HCM) modules. This role will partner with HR, IT, and business leaders to translate business needs into scalable HCM solutions, drive process improvements, and ensure successful system adoption across the organization As a Senior Business Analyst, you must be resilient and flexible in response to a rapidly growing organization with changing business needs.
