Description:

Join us through an exciting VIE as a Project Leader, based in Arlov, Sweden !

You will support the development and implementation of a Training Center by coordinating setup, managing costs and suppliers, ensuring governance and compliance, improving processes, and driving communication, change management, and overall project follow-up.

Main responsibilities:

Training center Development and Implementation
  • Coordinate and support the establishment and further development of the Training Center
  • Contribute to layout planning, facility setup, and optimizationof training spaces
  • Support implementaion planning, timelines, milestones and activity coordination


Cost, equipment and Supplier Coordination
  • Follow up on costs, budgets, and investments related to Training Center development
  • Identify, specify, and support procurement of training equipment, tools, and supporting materials
  • Coordinate with external suppliers and partners regarding scope, cost and delivery


Governance, Standards and Compliance
  • Ensure alignment between Training Center objectives and business, safety, and operational strategies
  • Support governance structures, decision forums and escalation paths
  • Ensure layout, equipment, and process comply with internal standards, safety equirments, ans loval regulations
  • Support documentation ans standarization of the Training Center and processes


Processes, Change and Adoption

  • Define, document, and improve processes and ways of working related to Training Center operations
  • Support change management and user adoption of new training concepts, facilities and processes
  • Collect feeback from stakeholders and support continuous improvement of the Training Center


Communication and Coordination
  • Support creation and coordination of PR and communication materials related to the Training Center
  • Act as a coordination point between internal departments, local site, and global stakeholders


Risk and Follow-up
  • Identify and follow up on risks, dependencies, and constraints related to implementation
  • Proactively suggest mitigatigation actions and improvements
  • Support definition and follow up of basic success criteria for Training Center implementation and usage
Education: Master's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Project management or related field.

Experience: 1-2 years of experience ( intersnhips and apprenticeships are included)

Skills and Mindset:
  • Fluent in English ( written and oral)
  • Prior exposure to training environments, process development or operational improvement projects
  • Genreal undertanding of industrial or technical environments
  • Experience in project coordination, facility setup, and operational implementation
  • Ability to work hands-on with layouts, cost follow up, supplier coordination, and implementation topics
  • Proeficient in Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Sharepoint)
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and a collaborative, trustbuilding mindset
  • Solution-oriented and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment
  • Curious, flexible and motivated to learn new processes, tools
