Join Our Team as Solution Sales Engineer

If so, we'd love to hear from you! We are currently in search of a Solution Sales Engineer specializing in Power Systems and Energy Management to join our team in Malmö Sweden!

As the Solution Sales Engineer your mission will be to develop Schneider Electric strategic growth plan for key accounts in the region, focusing on expanding the full medium and low voltage portfolio within these accounts.

What will you do
  • Identify and translate customer requirements into Schneider Electric's energy management offerings acting as the single point of contact.
  • Responsible for a portfolio of accounts and for identifying new customers to further expand the pipeline for Medium & Low Voltage opportunities.
  • Establish effective matrix management contacts to deploy the Energy Management strategy within the accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal and external channels, emphasizing cooperation with various sales teams, marketing, and cross-business unit sales opportunities.
  • Work with relevant teams within Schneider Electric to address and resolve customer issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and a solid foundation for sustainable business.
What will help you to succeed
  • Suitable educational background such as Degree in Electrical Engineering, other engineering field, and/or Business School
  • Several years of sales experience with a focus on infrastructure projects and/or high, medium or low voltage projects.
  • Experience in solution sales and customer/relationship management.
  • Understanding of industry-specific challenges related to sustainability and energy management.
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and dynamic approach to business development.
  • Proficient in English and Swedish; additional Nordic languages are a plus.
