About You

As the Sales Support Specialist for our Consumer business, you will support the Sales team in obtaining and keeping customers by performing administrative and clerical tasks. Your main duties will include responding to customer complaints and questions, making sure orders are processed on time, creating new customer demand, setting up pricing of products, completing files with all invoices of customers, approving dispute cases for invoices and checking and solving issues on invoices of customers.

You will report to the Sales Leader Iberia and will be an individual contributor (no direct reports).

Location: we can offer a hybrid model (on remote / Madrid Office) for candidates already based in Madrid Area.

YOUR KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Supervise customer commercial agreements application

  • Set up pricing and conditions in the system, including creation of temporary price promotions, rebates, tariffs, customer-specific prices, conditions on /off invoice and manage price differences

  • Support and coordinate the Sales and Customer service/Credit control teams in the ordering and billing process

  • Manage customer invoices, including budget allocation

  • Approve dispute cases for customer invoices, after checking with Key Account Managers

  • Check and solve issues on invoices of customers, send email to customer if invalid

  • Demand to create credit or debit notes to pricing if wrong price was in the system

  • Contact Pricing, Credit control and Customer service if they have questions

  • Complete invoice sales text

  • Creation of files: Key activities and adapt with promo plans

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field

  • Previous experience in account planning and sales support or similar roles

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and in a team environment

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, SAP

  • Fluent in Spanish and English
