What You Will Do

The eCommerce media intern for Southern Europe will support in establishing relationships with key E-com media players such as Amazon, Carrefour, Leclerc, Al Campo...as well as ensuring shoppability of our digital assets and media campaigns. This role will provide support and to the E-commerce and Marketing teams on the definition and set-up of all E-commerce (Media & Search) campaigns across the Southern Europe cluster.

You will support in the on-going activations and best in class execution and data reporting including campaigns optimizations and peak events implementation.

Your role will cover Southern Europe with a special focus on France, Spain and Italy while considering the importance and the end-to-end execution across all channels: Pureplayers, e-Pharmacies and Brick& Click.

Key Responsibilities

• Support in ensuring that E-commerce media is integrated with excellence into marketing strategies in South Europe more specifically in our lead countries (France, Spain and Italy)
• Help the brand managers define and approve cluster E-com communication calendar and assets, under well-established process and best in class guidelines.
• Coordinate multi-country E-commerce media activation and deployment to step-change E-commerce strategies and increase sales.
• Define and track E-commerce Media KPIs - ensures ROI of these activities and conducts analysis and recommendations to scale success across cluster.
• Ensure E-com processes are executed correctly and on schedule. Always connecting with E-commerce Squad in the cluster; approaching other clusters' e-com teams as well as other internal key stakeholders like Digital IT, Operations and Supply Chain, E-com Commercial, Marketing... Legal or Privacy ...
• Support in driving relationship with external key partners like Amazon, Criteo, Consorégie, Citrus Ads...
• Ensure that all regulatory and quality processes are deployed and implemented per approved procedures

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications
  • University graduate or higher: marketing, business or sales
  • Digital Marketing & E-commerce specialization / Masters are a plus
  • Ability to write and present clearly and persuasively in English and Spanish (French is a plus)
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (powerpoint, excel, word)
  • Good communication skills: ability to build, lead and influence direct reports and virtual teams
  • Passion for Digital Marketing
