We are searching for the best talent for Team Leader And Product Manager -CNS to be in Shfayim

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader who will also serve as the Spravato Product Manager. In this dual role, you will be instrumental in developing and executing strategies to promote our Spravato business while managing the capabilities of the sales force and leading them towards achieving sales excellence.

Team Leader: 70% of the time (3 days per week in the field)

Product Manager: 30% of the time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales team to achieve excellence by coaching, supporting their development, and enhancing their sales capabilities, ensuring field implementation aligns with approved strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance, market dynamics, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancement and participate in forecasting processes.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive product strategies that align with the company' s overall goals and objectives.
  • Define and execute tactical marketing plans to optimize product performance and maintain our share of voice. Collaborate with the TA manager to create promotional materials, campaigns, newsletters, and more.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare providers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, and Market Access, to ensure successful product launches and effective life-cycle management.
  • Develop and lead digital and hybrid projects, initiating innovative solutions.
  • Actively participate in international conferences, symposiums, and other scientific events to enhance product visibility and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, guidelines, and ethical standards in project execution.

Requirements:

  • B.Sc life sciences, pharmacy, or a related field. An advanced degree (MBA) is preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as team leader and/or product manager. Advantage to previous experience as team leader
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, market insights, and trends to drive informed decision-making.
  • Proficient in project management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while effectively managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance in the pharmaceutical industry.
