OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB:

Plans and forecasts sales for designated brand(s). Collaborates with the discovery, development and marketing functions to search for new targets through systematic assessment of market trends, unmet customer needs and competitive activity. This job is not eligible for sales incentives/sales commissions.

MAIN ACTIVITIES/TASKS:

  • Lead and develop product market launch strategy

  • Lead new indications needs and market entry strategies

  • Focus on develop and implementation of tactical and Strategic elements of brand plans

  • Develop relationships with key scientific and business opinion leaders (and other key Stakeholders)

  • Provide a specific support to sales force demands

  • Lead the Brand Team, establishing collaborative team work environment with other departments (especial attention: MAF & MEDED, HEMAR)

  • Be an active member of CVT (represent the OpCo, at product level, in the International meetings)

  • Prepare and implement local marketing activities (Ad-boards, Proactive meetings, etc…)

  • Lead agency and development marketing materials

  • Lead the development and implementation of digital activities

  • Provide presence at National and International scientific congresses, responsible for main story on booth panels, activities, etc… (commercial booth)

  • Adequately respond to competitive threats

  • Budget control (Marketing)

  • Product Forecasting

  • Establish the demands of information and prepare and follow up the Market Research Plan.

  • Working closely with European Product Manager to assure adherence to global branding (if applicable) and positioning following the Marketing principles

  • Maintain relationship with vendors

  • Report all suspected adverse reactions, serious or non serious, I may be aware of within a maximum of 24 hours after being aware of it and communicate it to the Pharmacovigilance Department.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience as Product Manager (Pharma) is valuable

  • English minimum C1

  • Previous experience/knowledge/specific training in Marketing is valuable

  • A university degree is essential, Biosanitary background is preferred.
