We are searching for the best talent for a Global Supply Chain Planning Student position for our site in Ness Ziona.

As an integral member of Johnson & Johnson MedTech Surgery Supply Chain Planning Team, you will have the opportunity to play a key role in ensuring that our patients and doctors are getting the surgical devices they need when they need them.

As a Global Supply Chain Planning Student, you will:

  • Conduct all planning activities for one of our external manufacturers
  • Develop detailed supply plans that will be used to coordinate production at the external manufacturer
  • Own the end-to-end Order Management process, including placing new purchase orders, developing purchase forecasts, and performing virtual receipts
  • Identify and escalate product vulnerabilities to cross-functional business partners and stakeholders
  • Improve capabilities and effectiveness of the Sales & Operations Planning process
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics, while offering insights and suggestions on how to improve the business
  • Be empowered to design and implement improvements to new and existing processes that will benefit the Planning team and broader organization
  • Become a team Subject Matter Expert for multiple ERP systems, including SAP and JD Edwards
  • Utilize various Data Visualization and Analytics tools such as Tableau and SQL to own and execute critical reports and dashboards for multiple Supply Chain teams

Qualifications

Education:

  • You are enrolled in a college/university pursuing a bachelor' s degree in supply chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field, with at least 2 years remaining of your degree
  • You are available to work 50% (working hours are flexible)

Experience and Skills required:

  • You are comfortable working fluently in English (reading, writing, speaking)
  • You are highly proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data visualization, good design practices)
  • You are detail-oriented, organized and possess strong analytical/problem-solving skills
  • You search for feedback proactively and constantly put it into practice
  • You' re a self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset
  • You can thrive in a global cross-functional team environment
  • Experience with Lean or other continuous improvement methodology
