We are searching for the best talent for an Experienced Engineer role, to join our team located in Nes Ziona, Israel.
Purpose: As an Experienced Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of advanced manufacturing equipment and utility systems. You will lead critical activities such as commissioning, validation, troubleshooting, and maintenance, ensuring adherence to stringent GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards. Additionally, you will actively support process qualifications, including cleaning validation and shipping qualifications, while driving project excellence, budgetary management, and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production performance and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Education & Experience: A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related field) with 4+ years in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment (GMP standards).
Technical Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge and expertise in equipment design, development, and maintenance.
Problem-Solving: Proven ability to analyze data, troubleshoot complex equipment or utility issues, and identify innovative solutions.
Project Management: Skilled in managing timelines, budgets, resources, and risks while delivering successful outcomes.
Regulatory Understanding: In-depth familiarity with applicable regulations and standards, ensuring full compliance across systems and processes.
Leadership & Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrating strong communication and collaboration abilities, particularly when interacting with stakeholders across various levels of the organization.
Continuous Improvement: Mindset focused on optimizing system efficiency and driving operational excellence.
