Johnson & Johnson is currently seeking a CLINICAL SALES SPECIALIST to join our JOINT & MITEK team located in MADRID (maternity Cover).

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Completes more complex tasks for Clinical Sales - Surgeons, and follows processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of results. Provides support for internal teams in the Clinical Sales - Surgeons area.
  • Assists with the development of Clinical Sales - Surgeons area implementation plans, activities, and next steps required to close key opportunities.
  • Implements objective-driven clinical sales training program inclusive of strategy, process, and collateral.
  • Updates sales audit database by entering, verifying, and securing data.
  • Leverages strategic partnerships for customer acquisition and reviews customer demands and feedback.
  • Responds to customer needs and complaints regarding products and services, and escalates unusual cases to manager.
  • Helps supervise information resulting from clinical, procedural, and technical discussions for reference.
  • Established support individual contributor that executes tasks that are typically routine, with some deviation from standard practice.
  • Follows administrative processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of deliverables.
  • Excellent understanding of customer, business intelligence, and industry trends.
  • Maintains high standards of integrity, efficiency, personal communication, discretion, and independent judgment.
  • Job is eligible for sales incentive / sales commissions.
Qualifications
  • Healthcare Degree
  • Proficient Spanish and English
  • Excellent oral (including group presentations) and written communication skills, as well as proven organizational and time management abilities are required. The qualified candidate will have outstanding interpersonal and customer relationship-building skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills, including the ability to craft, structure, and lead projects.
