Job Description:
Coordinates with team to support throughout the start-up, execution, and completion of clinical research studies, ensuring the safety and confidentiality of all study subjects. Collects reports from site visits, investigational product assessments, and other relevant observations and identifies inconsistencies in support of continuous improvement efforts. Assists in gathering data on the clinical trial environment and measures against key performance indicators. Applies theoretical knowledge of clinical trials to design basic corrective and preventative actions designed to mitigate risks. Under direct supervision, performs trial closeout and retrieval of trial materials to ensure trials are effectively concluded. Escalates observed deficiencies and issues to clinical trial management and follows all issues through to resolution. Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson's Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team. This job is salaried.
