The Business Excellence team focuses on improving the efficiency of all business areas through the implementation of data analysis and visualization systems, the integration of cutting-edge technological and organizational solutions, and problem-solving activities that ensure as the ultimate goal flawless safety, quality, and efficiency in drug manufacturing, with a major impact on the health of patients worldwide

We are looking for a motivated professional with strong analytical skills and a passion for continuous improvement, who can integrate digital technologies and lean methodologies to revolutionize operational activities.

The ideal candidate for this one year temporary position will be a project executor, capable of working in multidisciplinary teams with a rapid changing environment, emphasizing innovation, collaboration, and critical thinking typical of a pharmaceutical environment.

For this position we offer 12 months full time contract.

As a Business Excellence Process Improvement Associate Specialist, you will:

• Analyse and interpret data, design and use of statistical models
• Learn and execute lean projects and continuous improvement methodologies application
• Create specific metric models for reliability of business process
• Have a strong focus on digital innovation and emerging technologies
• Need to be proactive with problem-solving attitude, and agility to work in a global and multicultural context.

You will have the opportunity to enter a new phase of the pharmaceutical industrial revolution that focuses heavily on collecting data from equipment, systems, and processes, data conditioning, data mining, and modeling to enable real-time performance analysis and thus predictive performance management.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor' s degree in scientific fields, engineering, statistics and other similar sciences
• Knowledge of Excel and data analysis tools
• Proven ability to experiment with models, data analysis and statistic tools
• Knowledge of OEE concept
• Knowledge with lean projects and continuous improvement methodologies
• Ability in problem-solving and decision-making technique
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, partnership, and organization skills required
• Proficiency in English is required (B1 level and above)

Other qualifications that will be considered as a nice to have:

• Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector, particularly basic GMP rules
• Usage of SAP, SQL and data aggregation tools like Power BI or Tableau
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary and innovative environments
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate teams
