Skills and Competencies
  • Able to demonstrate 3-5 years gained within a Consulting environment.
  • Enthusiastic to continue to develop career within People Consulting and enjoy supporting a wide scope of projects across all solutions lines within our Consulting division.
  • Able to commit to 2-3 days in our London office each week.
  • Analytical mindset - Ability to break down complex problems and synthesize insights.
  • Curiosity and learning agility - Eagerness to explore new ideas and adapt quickly.
  • Client-centric approach - Strong focus on understanding and delivering client value.
  • Emotional intelligence - Ability to navigate interpersonal dynamics and build trust.
