About Korn Ferry ConsultingOur Consulting Line of Business spans 29 countries across EMEA, working across six major markets within our four main solution areas: Organizational Strategy, Total Reward, Leadership & Development, and Assessment & Succession.
As a Senior Consultant at Korn Ferry, you will play a pivotal role in the planning, coordination, and delivery of complex client engagements. While many of our current large-scale programmes sit within Assessment & Succession and Leadership & Professional Development, this role is solution-agnostic. The primary focus is excellence in engagement management, programme delivery, and client experience, rather than deep specialism in a single solution area.
Role OverviewThe Senior Consultant - Engagement Management is accountable for the successful end-to-end delivery of medium to large-scale Korn Ferry engagements. You will work closely with Client Partners, Principals, and multi-disciplinary delivery teams to ensure projects are delivered to the highest quality standards, on time and within budget.
This role sits at the intersection of client management, programme delivery, and commercial discipline. It is ideal for consultants who excel at bringing structure to complexity, coordinating diverse teams, and maintaining strong client relationships in fast-paced environments.
Key ResponsibilitiesEngagement & Programme Delivery- Own the day-to-day management of client engagements from initiation through to close.
- Develop and maintain integrated delivery plans covering scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and resources.
- Coordinate multi-disciplinary Korn Ferry teams across geographies and solution areas.
- Act as the primary day-to-day client contact, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
Financial & Commercial Management- Track engagement financials, including budgets, forecasts, billing, and revenue recognition.
- Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and change requests.
- Work closely with Client Partners to manage scope, expectations, and commercial outcomes.
Quality & Client Experience- Ensure consistent, high-quality delivery of Korn Ferry solutions.
- Maintain strong client relationships built on trust, credibility, and responsiveness.
- Identify opportunities to improve delivery effectiveness and client satisfaction.
Collaboration & Leadership- Matrix-manage consultants, project managers, and other contributors within the engagement team.
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive team environment.
- Support the development of junior colleagues through coaching and feedback.

Experience & Qualifications- Experience managing or supporting delivery of complex consulting engagements or programmes.
- Proven ability to coordinate diverse teams and stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
- Strong understanding of project and programme management disciplines.
- Experience within professional services, consulting, or complex client environments.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
