Job description

Korn Ferry (KF) is seeking a skilled Technology Consultant to join our Talent Acquisition (TA) Delivery Team. This key role focuses on the deployment of KF's cutting-edge technology solutions to transform the recruitment process for our clients. The Technology Consultant will play a critical role in implementing and optimizing our Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) technology solutions, including KF Nimble Recruit and other TA technologies, ensuring they effectively support client talent acquisition strategies.

In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation of KF and partner TA technologies, guiding clients through all phases-from initial setup and configuration to post-go-live support. As an expert in talent acquisition technology, you will work closely with clients to understand their business challenges and help translate these into tailored technological solutions that drive success.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing talent acquisition software, delivering full deployment cycles that include process mapping, system configuration, testing, and ongoing support.

This position is fully remote

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead consultative sessions to gather and translate client business requirements into actionable, technology-driven solutions using KF applications. Facilitate workshops and collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure the solution aligns with client objectives.
  • Own the end-to-end implementation of KF Talent Acquisition solutions, from configuration and setup to roll-out and ongoing support.
  • Collaborate across internal and client teams throughout the engagement lifecycle, including pre-sales, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live.
  • Document and implement configuration changes, data-mapping requirements, and detailed testing plans.
  • Develop customized strategies for testing, training, communications, and support during the deployment and post-production phases.
  • Partner closely with Product Development teams to provide feedback on product roadmaps, release planning, and rollouts.
  • Provide guidance and leadership to both internal and client teams, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with client expectations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and professional experience.
  • Proven experience in the design, development, and implementation of Talent Management Systems, including process mapping, system configuration, data mapping, testing, and training.
  • Strong knowledge of Talent Acquisition technologies and API integrations.
  • Expertise in project management with a track record of leading technical implementations from start to finish.
  • Ability to solve complex business or system challenges with creative, practical solutions that align with client needs.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills with experience presenting to and facilitating discussions with senior executives and large groups.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, with strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, capable of managing high-profile clients and projects.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite tools, including Visio, Excel, and Project, to manage project deliverables effectively.
