Assessment & Succession Advisory practice partners with some of the world's leading organizations to assess leadership potential, enable effective succession planning, and provide evidence-based insights that drive business performance.

Person SpecificationEssential Experience & Qualifications- Approximately 4-5 years' professional experience, ideally in consulting, HR, talent, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in project management and delivering work to deadlines.
- Strong academic background (degree level or equivalent).
Skills & Attributes- Detail orientation: Highly organized with the ability to manage complex project schedules and ensure accuracy in deliverables.
- Structured thinking: Able to connect multiple workstreams and bring clarity to ambiguity.
- Client focus: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to liaise confidently with clients and colleagues.
- Analytical mindset: Comfortable with data analysis, identifying trends, and producing insights.
- Resilience: Ability to work under pressure, adapt to shifting priorities, and maintain high standards.

Desirable- Experience working with assessments, leadership development, or succession planning.
