A central expectation is to position and commercialize the Korn Ferry Talent Suite as the digital backbone of a client's talent ecosystem. The ACP must connect SaaS capabilities with broader Korn Ferry advisory solutions, crafting integrated value propositions that address strategic business challenges in scaling, hiring, mobility, leadership, culture, and workforce development.

Success in this role requires high-level execution across all stages of the sales lifecycle: market development, qualification, pursuit leadership, solution shaping, contract negotiation, and long-term customer success orchestration.

- Build strategic business plans to maximize revenue, informed by industry analysis, client context, and opportunity assessments.

- Deliver insight-led presentations that frame Korn Ferry as a trusted advisor in enterprise talent transformation.

- Navigate long-cycle, complex pursuits including RFPs, multi-solution proposals, contract orchestration, and governance.

- Build and maintain high-trust, executive-level client relationships.

Positioning the Korn Ferry Talent Suite

- Serve as the primary evangelist for the Talent Suite, articulating how the digital platform underpins assessment, mobility, development, succession, and workforce architecture.

- Translate client challenges into integrated solutions where the Talent Suite acts as the core enabling technology.

- Demonstrate and position SaaS capabilities within enterprise transformation agendas.

- Shape ROI cases and business value narratives showing measurable impact.

- Partner with Client Success & Product teams to ensure successful activation, usage expansion, and renewal of digital products.

- Maintain deep understanding of the HR tech landscape and articulate competitive differentiation.

Consultative Solution Design

- Lead discovery to understand the strategic, organizational, and operational context of clients.

- Develop tailored, value-driven proposals integrating advisory and digital capabilities.

- Ensure solutions address the full talent lifecycle using Korn Ferry IP, science, benchmarks, and data.

- Collaborate with internal experts to scope and price multi-workstream engagements.

Pipeline, Forecasting & Commercial Discipline

- Build and maintain accurate forecasts of pipeline opportunities.

- Use CRM tools and analytics to manage territory performance and identify growth levers.

- Own prospecting and sales execution within assigned segments.

- Maintain rigorous pursuit documentation and governance.
