What you’ll achieve

As the Solution Sales Senior Manager, you are fully accountable for new sales and revenue growth in UK geographic region. Owns the full end to end sales process from lead generation to close across the Company's PAS (Patient Administration System) and EPR (Electronic Patient record) portfolio. Manages a C-Level network (across commercial, IT and clinical) within the geographic region assigned to ensure key stakeholders are fully briefed on a Company Strategy. Maintains close oversight on regional healthcare IT strategies and align internally to ensure the business is well prepared to meet market demands.

You will:

  • Reviews and revises documents prepared by customers and coordinates the preparation of those materials for a completed product response.
  • Support sales / coverage teams and solution leadership to define the strategy, win themes and value proposition.
  • Play the role of challenger to the bid/capture leadership team.
  • Manage a C-Level network (across commercial, IT and clinical) within the geographic region assigned to ensure key stakeholders are fully briefed on a Company Strategy and capability of its portfolio.
  • Maintain close oversight on regional healthcare IT strategies and align internally to ensure the business is well prepared to meet market demands.
  • Manages sales pipeline activity through company systems ensuring an accurate business forecast is maintained.
  • Maintain a pipeline of up coming tenders that require pre-market engagement to demonstrate our value and influence customers on specification based on our capabilities.

Essential Requirements:

  • Excellent knowledge of the hospitals and healthcare IT market
  • Strong network inside the NHS (private healthcare a bonus)
  • Strong commercial and financial experience in selling complex solutions.
  • Proven track record of selling PAS (Patient Administration System) and EPR (Electronic Patient record) portfolio and other complex clinical systems to the NHS and private market of value 5 million £.
  • Researches, writes, edits, and proofreads more complex technical data for use in documents or sections of documents for commercial bids, to provide clients with information regarding technical areas in a less technical way.
  • Understands and leads the opportunity through the Sales Framework, ensuring compliance with company processes and corporate policies.
  • Accountable for new sales and revenue growth in a geographic region.
  • Owns the full end to end sales process from lead generation to close across the Company's PAS (Patient Administration System) and EPR (Electronic Patient record) portfolio.
  • Works closely with executive management, bid management, product management as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Highly capable of talking and presenting, at a strategic level, to senior healthcare leadership teams, such as CEO, CIO, CCIO, FD.
  • Highly numerate and capable of working on complex financial models.
