Project Coordinator

What you’ll achieve

As a Project Coordinator you will be responsible for the administration and management of interface delivery projects for Dedalus applications and solutions in conjunction with client and third-party application systems.

Reporting to Dedalus systems integration management, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of projects involving the integration of multiple technology systems or platforms including integration of electronic health records (EHR), medical devices, hospital information systems and third-party solutions, ensuring that systems communicate effectively to enhance clinical workflows, patient safety, and data integrity.

Working with an extended highly skilled team, you will be making a profound impact throughout the healthcare sector.

You will:

  • Assist in coordinating the integration of EHR platforms, Dedalus application solutions, laboratory systems and other healthcare applications.
  • Assist in managing project timelines, deliverables and resources for integration projects.
  • Monitor project milestones, proactively manage tasks and activities, managing project priorities, risks and issues, change approval processes, escalating concerns as needed.
  • Prepare documentation and reports for project stakeholders.
  • Maintain communication between technical and non-technical parties.
  • Control costs related to assigned integration projects and managing project activity based on best economic practices.

Essential Requirements

  • Preference for Education to Degree Level in Information Management, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration in the specialised Application, or related field is required.
  • Experience in management of Implementation, development and support of software implementation projects.
  • Experience working in a healthcare environment, implementing, or otherwise working closely with healthcare application systems
  • Customer focus, assisting in managing client expectations and seeking increased client satisfaction.
  • Encourages and promotes collaboration across project team and project stakeholder functions.
  • Proven interpersonal skills and presentation abilities for effective collaboration with the Dedalus project team and clients are essential for this role.
