Clinical Sales Support Specialist

What you’ll achieve

As a Clinical Sales Support Specialist you will be part of our dynamic commercial team, this role will be instrumental in bridging clinical expertise with sales and marketing initiatives.

You will leverage your healthcare background and digital health knowledge to support bids, develop compelling marketing materials, and demonstrate the clinical and operational benefits of our solutions.

Working with an extended highly skilled team, you will be making a profound impact throughout the healthcare sector.

You will:

  • Provide feedback to product teams on market needs and clinical requirements
  • Work with CCIO to monitor and analyze healthcare policy developments at national and regional levels
  • Develop comprehensive benefits realisation frameworks for our digital health solutions
  • Work with existing clients to identify, measure, and document clinical and operational improvements resulting from our solutions
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop clinically accurate and compelling content for brochures, case studies, white papers, and digital campaigns
  • Support CCIO in publishing Scientific papers to market the progression and content developments in Orbis and our other UKI software solutions.
  • Create ROI models that accurately reflect both financial and clinical value propositions
  • Provide clinical expertise for RFP/ITT responses and competitive tenders

Essential Requirements

  • Clinical qualification and experience (nursing, medical, allied health professional)
  • Current or recent registration with appropriate professional body
  • Experience working with Electronic Patient Record (EPR) systems
  • Demonstrable understanding of digital software design and user experience principles
  • Excellent understanding of NHS structures, clinical workflows, and healthcare policy
  • Solid communication skills with ability to translate complex clinical concepts for different audiences
  • Experience in creating compelling written materials
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across departments

Desirable Requirements

  • Experience in healthcare IT, sales, or marketing roles
  • Knowledge of benefits realisation methodologies
  • Understanding of procurement processes in healthcare
  • Experience with bid writing or RFP responses
