Business Change Consultant
Join us as a Business Change Consultant at Dedalus, one of the World’s leading healthcare technology companies, remote working in UK to do the best work of your career and make a profound impact in providing better care for a healthier planet.
As a Business Change Consultant you will be part of our highly successful delivery team, providing business change support and quality assurance through understanding and experience of project management methodologies and frameworks and change management processes.
Working with an extended highly skilled team, you will be making a profound impact throughout the healthcare sector.
You will:
Establishing and implementing processes to measure and deliver benefits.
Working with the client to define current and future state processes.
Identifying and evaluating work that requires business change through experienced business process mapping and modelling
Work with project delivery teams to clarify requirements and liaise with the business concerning requirements to define and evaluate solution proposals for viability and appropriateness.
Agree and document the scope, requirements and technical and business constraints of work requiring business change to deliver the project.
Experience and knowledge of business change management principles, methodologies, and tools
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations.
Problem solving and root cause identification skills.
Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
Desirable Requirements
Change management certification or designation desired.
Healthcare Transformation or Clinical expertise desired.
