STULLER INC is hiring a Employee Experience Specialist in Lafayette, LA. This is a full-time position.

The Employee Experience Specialist plays a key role in bringing Stuller's culture to life by coordinating and executing employee programs, events, and learning initiatives that strengthen engagement, recognition and development. This highly visible role partners with leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver experiences that reinforce Stuller's values, support business objectives, and contribute to an exceptional employee experience. Key Responsibilities Coordinate logistics, planning, budget tracking, vendor support, execution, and post-event evaluation for company-wide employee events programs in partnership with the HR team.Plan and coordinate employee engagement initiatives that strengthen culture and connection in partnership with leaders and cross-functional project teams.Manage employee recognition programs, including milestone anniversaries, retirement celebrations, values-based recognition, employee appreciation initiatives, and other employee lifecycle touchpoints.Manage onboarding partner programs and employee integration initiatives that help new hires build connections and accelerate productivity.Partner with Marketing and HR to plan, coordinate and deliver employee communications across a variety of channels which may include emails, newsletters, employee publications, texts alerts and digital signage.Coordinate employee and leadership development programs, including logistics, registration, vendors, venues, event execution, and post-training evaluation.Provide project support and perform other responsibilities assigned by the Director of Total Rewards or Vice President of Human Resources. Basic Qualifications Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Hospitality Management, Organizational Development, Marketing, or related field.3-5 years of experience in employee experience, human resources, event planning, hospitality, or related field.Hospitality mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.Ability to build effective relationships across all levels of an organization.Resourceful, proactive problem-solving approach with a continuous improvement mindset.Ability to analyze feedback and participation data to improve employee programs and experiences.Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
