As an Operations Supervisor- Direct Auto Refinance in Home Lending, you will lead our new Utility supporting for Inbound and Outbound activities. As part of Mortgage Production and Servicing you will be responsible for delivering top notch support that is vital to Home Lending and the Consumer and Community Bank . You'll be ensuring objectives and standards are consistently met with a strong emphasis on controls and audit readiness. Your flexibility as a problem-solver will be essential as well as dedication to fostering an environment where employees are empowered to assist customers effectively.

Job responsibilities
  • Perform basic clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, faxing, imaging, data entry and open correspondence
  • Develop and lead a high-performing team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Coach and lead by example to drive results, focusing on employee satisfaction and engagement.
  • Select, retain, and manage talent, with a focus on performance management and professional development.
  • Maintain a customer-centric approach, ensuring exceptional service deliver and utilize technology and data analytics to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Operate with urgency, using problem-solving skills to address issues promptly and contribute to strategic planning and long-term goal setting.
  • Influence partners and promote process improvements, ensuring compliance and audit readiness and take a proactive approach to learning and implementing controls and audit processes.
  • Manage change effectively, guiding the team through transitions.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 3+ years' of experience successfully leading a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to operate under pressure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong relationship management skills, fostering a positive team environment.
  • Customer service experience, with a commitment to employee satisfaction.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Experience in implementing controls and audit preparedness
  • Prior customer service experience
