As an Operations Senior Specialist III- Team Lead, in Mortgage Production and Servicing you will be responsible for delivering top notch support that is vital to Home Lending and the Consumer and Community Bank. On a team of Specialists your leadership will come through by your example and have the opportunity to help inspire and motivate them to grow in their position and be a go-to support for the team supervisor as you work together to achieve the common goal. You will also perform a variety of roles within the Image Services space relating to Direct Auto Refinance Inbound and Outbound activities.
Job responsibilities - Manage the daily receipt and assignment of all packages to ensure efficient processing.
- Monitor workflow to ensure timeliness and address any bottlenecks or delays promptly.
- Handle daily volumes as needed to maintain smooth operations and meet service level agreements.
- Generate and analyze departmental reports to identify trends, track performance, and inform decision-making.
- Manage exceptions and resolve complex issues to minimize disruptions and report any issues promptly to the leadership team for swift resolution.
- Communicate verbally and written with internal and external contacts to resolve issues and discrepancies effectively.
- Ensure all published procedures/process flows are up-to-date and reflect current practices and perform additional duties as assigned to contribute to the overall success of the team.
- Demonstrate flexibility by stepping in where needed to support team success and adapt to changing priorities.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills - Ability to lead a team to effectively accomplish the team and individual goals.
- Possess strong attention to detail and advanced problem-solving skills.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills - High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior customer service experience
