Essential Responsibilities: Responsible for organizing, coordinating, marketing and advertising monthly community events.Contributing to the facility efforts to maintain and/or improve quality of care for each resident through participation in daily activities.Responsible for establishing, developing and carrying out age-related, functional impairment based, and dementia appropriates unique group based and individualized activities.Fostering family and community support of the activity program.Encouraging resident participation in each daily activity.Creatively preparing a monthly themed activity calendar for the residents.Budgeting of monthly activity expenses Ongoing development and implementation of an activities program designed to meet the social, psychosocial and therapeutic needs of each resident.
