Manufacturing Engineer

We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join our team and play a key role in developing new products, improving existing manufacturing processes, and support the production of high quality products used around the world. What you'll be doing: Design prototypes, tooling, fixtures, and production components using SolidWorksImprove manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, quality, and productivityPartner with Production, Quality, Purchasing, Customer Service, and Sales to solve real-world manufacturing challengesConduct process validations, analyze results, and recommend improvementsCreate and maintain engineering drawings, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and manufacturing routings within our ERP systemSupport new product introductions from concept through productionInvestigate production issues and develop practical, long-term solutionsDrive continuous improvement initiatives that make a measurable impact across the organization
