Wash Bay Supervisor - Clinton, KY

Clinton, KY | Full-Time | $18-$22/hour or based on experience The Wash Bay Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily wash bay operations and providing leadership and direction to Wash Bay employees. This position coordinates workflow, supervises cleaning and sanitation activities, supports routine truck and trailer maintenance, and helps ensure company equipment is clean, safe, properly maintained, and ready for operation. Schedule: This position requires flexibility. Work hours will vary depending on operational needs and may include evenings, weekends, and holidays. Essential Job Functions The essential functions of this position include, but are not limited to: Lead, schedule, train, and provide daily direction to Wash Bay employees. Coordinate daily workflow and prioritize trucks and trailers based on operational needs. Oversee the washing, cleaning, and sanitation of company trucks and trailers. Supervise and assist with routine truck and trailer maintenance, including oil changes, tires, fluids, lubrication, and basic troubleshooting. Monitor equipment condition and communicate repair or maintenance needs. Maintain responsibility for employee timekeeping, payroll review, scheduling, and attendance for the Wash Bay team. Coach employees and maintain accountability for attendance, performance, quality, and safety. Champion a strong safety culture and ensure employees follow company safety, sanitation, and biosecurity procedures. Work alongside the team when needed to get the job done. Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with team members to keep daily operations running smoothly. Perform other duties as assigned.
