Your Job

The role of the End Item Test Lab Technician is to complete testing on SRG Global's products accurately, efficiently, and on-time. The ideal candidate will be experienced in a laboratory environment and communicating test results to internal and external customers.

What You Will Do

• Develop and maintain a lab scope

• Ensure all test procedures are followed with accurate reporting of test results

• Schedule lab work and prioritize resources for on-time test completion

• Ensure all equipment used is in good working order and calibrated.

• Order and maintain required lab supplies

• Maintain acceptable 5S within the lab and equipment

• Ensure all safety guidelines, training, and PPE is implemented and effective.

• Write clear and complete test reports

• Support EIT Best Practice standards, processes, and meetings

• Responsible for following all environmental policies, procedures, work instructions and requirements applicable to his or her work, including the proper use of personal protective equipment.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Proficient with various MS applications including, but not limited to, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Excellent time management skills, ability to multi-task, prioritize work and be proactive
  • Proven lab experience preferred but not required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Good math skills and mechanical aptitude
  • 2 + years in a laboratory role preferred but not required
  • Associate's degree preferred but not required


Physical Requirements:

The employee is frequently required to stand and walk, use hands to finger dexterity, handle and feel, reach with arms and hands, and talk and hear.

The employee is sometimes required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and sit. Specific vision requirements include: close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

The employee will be required to lift up to 10 - 50 lbs. consistently on a daily basis.

The employee must be able to pass the respirator fit test to be certified to wear a respirator.

What Will Put You Ahead
