Role Overview:

As a Client Manager at Schneider Electric, you will:
    • Build and maintain client relationships, acting as the main contact for a specific client portfolio.
    • Organize client meetings, leveraging internal resources, preparing necessary materials, and delivering presentations to various client levels.
    • Develop and execute a client strategy, ensuring delivery of customer commitments and adherence to key performance metrics.
    • Lead negotiations and manage client contract renewals to both secure revenue growth and assist clients in achieving their sustainability objectives.
    • Work with sales to showcase Schneider Electric's offerings and identify potential solutions for clients.
    • Become an expert on your clients' business operations, sustainability goals, key personnel, and industry challenges.
    • Master and instruct clients on the use of Schneider Electric's Resource Advisor software.
    • Be willing to travel up to 15% of the time.

You might be the right fit if you have:

    • Project management capabilities, including the use of Gantt Charts.
    • The ability to assign tasks to team members and work collaboratively across departments.
    • A bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience with direct customer interaction in sales or client relations, or an equivalent background.
    • A history of delivering outstanding customer service, both internally and externally.
    • A strong alignment with our company's mission and values.
    • Sharp analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
    • Digital Proficiency, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as the ability to employ AI tools for enhanced efficiency.
