Great people make Schneider Electric a great company.

This role is a critical part of our success in the Americas (North and South America) and APMEA (Asia Pacific, Middle East, Africa). As the Assistant Director of Marketing, you will be a skilled leader who plays a major role in developing regional marketing strategies and overseeing the successful implementation of these plans. Navigate broader Schneider country teams and lead with the Sustainability Business narrative.
  • Strategic Marketing Approach: Deliver a strategically rooted, customer-centric marketing plan to support the annual business plan in each region, driving lead generating campaigns aligned to the overall business strategy that leverage impactful and innovative marketing mix elements.
  • Stakeholder Management & Communications: Engage continuously with regional leadership, cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders to foster collaboration, ensure alignment, and execute marketing activities seamlessly. Coordinate with country PR partners and present marketing plans and results to regional leadership and commercial stakeholders quarterly, adjusting strategies based on performance metrics and feedback.
  • Sales Enablement: Understand client needs and provide sales and consulting teams with tools to build productive dialogues, including localized content, localized slideware, cut sheets, and sales scripts.
  • Customer Stories: Build and amplify local customer stories and executive or subject-matter-expert speaking engagements within your marketing plan.
  • Event Support: Develop and support regional event activities to provide superior customer experiences and meet business and growth objectives, including Schneider Electric-owned and third-party events in LATAM and APMEA.
  • Content Creation: Oversee campaign content such as blogs, videos, social media ads, and presentations created by your team. Your keen eye for design and ability to craft clear, engaging communications will be essential in captivating and educating clients and prospects.
  • Budget, Measurement & Insights: Manage the regional marketing budget effectively. Analyze existing data and historical trends to understand what works best, adapt quickly, and share learnings with the team.
