Post Glover Resistors is hiring a Assembler in Erlanger, KY. This is a full-time position.
ROLE: Assembler LOCATION: Erlanger, KY (Cincinnati metro) STARTING PAY: $20.50/hour The Role This is a day shift full-time, floor-based assembly position. You'll be building electrical resistors by hand connecting wires, mounting components into metal enclosures, and following work instructions and engineering drawings to put together units that meet precise quality standards. You'll work alongside other assemblers and report to the Small Assembly Supervisor, with support from quality inspectors and production staff throughout your shift. No prior electrical experience is required if you're comfortable with hand tools and can follow detailed instructions, we'll teach you the rest. What You'll Be Doing Assemble electrical resistors by connecting wires, ceramic parts, and metalcomponents following work instructions and engineering drawingsMount and secure resistor parts into fabricated metal boxes and enclosuresusing hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipmentInspect your own work throughout the process and verify measurements andconnections against quality standardsRework or repair units that don't meet spec when assignedKeep your work area clean, organized, and stocked throughout your shiftComplete production paperwork and time tracking accurately for each jobFollow all safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times on the floor What We're Looking For Prior manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus, but not requiredComfortable using hand tools and willing to learn new equipmentAbility to read and follow written work instructions and basic drawingsReliable attendance and a positive, team-first attitudeAbility to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and performrepetitive tasks throughout a shiftPre-employment background check and drug screen required.
