This position sits with our Swedish Match affiliate.

Your 'day to day'

• Monitors equipment to ensure that products are being produced properly.
• Assemble and prepare goods for shipment
• Inspects final products to ensure they are up to quality standards
• Ensures that all production deadlines are met.
• Adheres to all safety guidelines dictation the production and handling of materials in the factory.
• Reports issues or problems with production to immediate supervisor.
• Assist in training new personnel on existing production protocol, safety and plant equipment.
• Enforce company safety policies and procedures.

Who we're looking for:

• Minimum High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 21 years of age
• Manufacturing process and/or packaging experience is preferred.
• Availability to work ANY Shift and ANY Department
