Key Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Work in a safe and efficient manner using all personal protective, safety equipment and devices that are required, in accordance with all STW documentation (if STW is not developed for any process within this job, proper training techniques must be followed).

2. Build complete nozzle assemblies and test for proper operation.

3. Perform prep work to prepare for mold changeovers.

4. Train other employees and new hires as needed.

5. Follow all company policies and procedures.

6. Actively participate in safety activities.

7. Participate in safety and communications meetings as scheduled.

8. Support in times of need: i.e., production support, vacation coverage, and overtime changeover support.

9. Complete all safety and company compliance training on time and according to schedule.

10. Be actively involved in Continuous Improvement; promote and sustain all CI, 5S and STW activities.

11. Other duties as assigned
