Key Duties and Responsibilities

1. Conduct silo readings and melt flow tests per load of boxed regrind.

2. Disassemble buy back products, identify and remove contaminants (metal, fiberglass, etc.) from all products

that will be ground.

3. Operate grinder and dump station.

4. Counts and verifies regrind inventory, records grinding throughput.

5. Hook up bulk trucks as required.

6. Fill in for operators as needed.

7. Work in a safe and efficient manner using all personal protective, safety equipment and devices that are

required, in accordance with all STW documentation (if STW is not developed for any process within this job,

proper training techniques must be followed).

8. Be actively involved in Continuous Improvement; promote and sustain any and all CI, 5S and STW activities.

9. Other duties as assigned.
