Key Duties and Responsibilities: - Assist with the completion of material changes, option changes, and mold and version changes.
- Perform nozzle preparation, including the cleaning, testing and assembling of nozzles and nozzle blocks.
- Clean presses and press areas as needed.
- Participate in safety and communications meetings as scheduled.
- Support in times of need: i.e., production support, vacation coverage, and overtime changeover support.
- Fill in for Relief Operators and Production Operators as needed.
- Perform daily checks and audits of process systems including but not limited to mold pre-stage checks, water line checks, 5S audits, and Daily Equipment Checks (DEC).
- Assist other technical team members in their daily job duties, including preventive maintenance on injection molding tools and equipment.
Work Experience: - 1 year of manufacturing experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude
