Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Maintain, troubleshoot and repair all automation and mechanical equipment for consistent production.
  • Program, design and run diagnostics on robots.
  • Maintain programs, drawings, schematics, cables, etc. relative to automation.
  • Gather quotes on labor and materials for work performed by outside contractors with regards to new projects.
  • Continuously improve, design and build tools and equipment needed to maintain a safe and efficient working atmosphere.
  • Train co-workers on new or modified EOAT's and programming; provide leadership to all shifts regarding issues with automation.
  • Work in a safe and efficient manner using all personal protective, safety equipment and devices that are required, in accordance with all STW documentation (if STW is not developed for any process within this job, proper training techniques must be followed).
  • Be actively involved in Continuous Improvement; promote and sustain any and all CI, 5S and STW activities.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Work Experience:
  • 2-5 years of relevant work experience
  • Knowledge of technical equipment and tools to troubleshoot problems
  • Knowledge of Robot systems and programs
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
