RN Weekend Supervisor (Part-Time)

Schedule: Saturday - Sunday (7am - 7pm)
Location: New Castle, KY

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse ( RN ) Weekend Supervisor to join our team. This leadership role ensures high-quality care and smooth operations during weekend shifts. If you are passionate about patient care and enjoy leading a team, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise nursing staff and ensure compliance with care standards.
  • Coordinate patient care and resolve issues promptly.
  • Monitor staffing levels and adjust as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with families, staff, and management.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and uphold regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:
  • Current RN license in Kentucky.
  • Minimum 3 years of supervisor y or leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong clinical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Salary & Incentives:
  • $38.00 - $42.00 per hour (based on experience)
  • Weekend Differential Pay: Additional $3.00 per hour
