About Us

New Castle Nursing & Rehab is a mission-driven skilled nursing facility focused on delivering high‑quality, compassionate, resident-centered care. We are seeking a dedicated Part‑Time Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN ) to join our team and help support the well‑being, dignity, and comfort of those we serve.
Key Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and document resident conditions and report changes promptly
• Assist residents with daily care needs and respond to concerns professionally
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary staff
• Respond to emergencies using sound nursing judgment
• Promote a supportive, positive, and team-oriented environment

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in the State of Kentucky
• Strong clinical and assessment abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Compassionate, resident‑focused approach to care
