About the Role This position of Licensed Account Manager is a field-based role which reports to the Market Vice President and whose major focus is to support the member care delivery system and skilled nursing facility partners in providing high quality patient-centered care for I-SNP members. The Licensed Account Manager is the main point person of contact for assigned facilities and will coordinate activities of and be supported by Network, Clinical, and Project Management teams in the organization. The Licensed Account Manager is responsible for communicating all enrollment, clinical, and quality targets for their facilities and works collaboratively with other departments to achieve these goals. As a portion of their role, the Licensed Account Manager also functions as a Sales Executive and is responsible for achieving monthly enrollment goals throughout their assigned territory. Achieving enrollment goals will be the result of generating leads through referral development and conducting salespresentations in accordance with CMS regulations. Sales Executives will be responsible for collaborating on monthly enrollment goals and developing strategies to attain set targets, while providing daily production updates.
