Lead and oversee personnel, buildings, grounds, and equipment to ensure effective sustainment and preventative maintenance Hire, develop, coach, and retain maintenance personnel aligned with current and future business needs Coordinate, monitor and repair to ensure safe, efficient operation of HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection systems Inspect facilities to ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards Plan, manage, and execute facility-related construction and maintenance projects Prepare and manage maintenance projects to minimize operational disruption Negotiate contracts with service providers, subcontractors, and vendors Foster relationships and motivate suppliers and contractors to deliver high-quality work at competitive costs Lead initiatives that improve employee safety, environmental conditions, quality, delivery, and cost Drive timely closure of corrective and preventative actions Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors on technical and operational issues Align facility projects and activities with organizational goals and expectations
