Payroll Representative

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

·This role is responsible for ensuring accurate data entry for employee records and assisting in payroll processing while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with regulatory standards.

·Part of a team that processes bi-weekly payroll, including time and attendance verification

·Maintain accurate, confidential payroll records in compliance with internal controls

·Respond to employee payroll inquiries and provide excellent service

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES/EXPERIENCE

·Experience in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred

·Strong attention to detail and accuracy

·Proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong Excel skills preferred

·Strong communication and customer service skills

·Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Normal office conditions.

·Work performed is deadline driven
