Description:

Summary: Community Trust Bank is seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager of Training & Development to lead the design, coordination, and implementation of impactful training and development programs across the organization. This role is critical in shaping the learning culture and driving employee growth and performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Access training and development needs across the organization and design training solutions

· Lead the design and delivery of employee training and development programs to enhance skills and increase productivity

· Manage the organizations success plan program

· Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal standards

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES/EXPERIENCE

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Development, Business Administration, or a related field

· 10+ years of progressive experience in training and development, including assessment, design, delivery, and evaluation

· 3–5 years in a leadership role within a training function

· Strong leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills

· Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

· Experience in banking or retail is a plus

· Valid driver’s license required

COMPENSATION/WORKING ENVIRONMENT

· Salary commensurate with experience; excellent benefit package

· Location: Corporate Offices in Pikeville, KY

· Occasional travel
