Community Trust Bank is seeking a motivated Management Trainee to join our 12-month development program. This role provides hands-on training in Retail Banking and Administration, preparing you for future roles within the bank.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Rotate through retail banking and administrative departments
  • Learn teller, customer service, and branch operations
  • Support operations, finance, and risk teams
  • Work on projects
  • Build strong customer and team relationships

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Communications, or related field preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and eager to learn
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
