JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop new business through sales calls to customers and non-customers, record and track each call.
• Monitor loan portfolio compliance with policy.
• Manage assigned loan portfolio.
• Collect delinquent accounts.
• Administer to work out accounts and problem loans.

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES/EXPERIENCE

• Position normally requires a Bachelor's degree or the equivalent to provide basic familiarity with a variety of subjects such as: finance, economics, English, business law, marketing, statistics, etc.
• Over four and up to six years of experience.
• Excellent PC skills with knowledge of Word, EXCEL and other applicable computer programs.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent telephone skills.
• Knowledge of Metavante System
• Valid driver's license.
• Insurance license.
• Excellent sales skills.
• Excellent calculator skills.

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Normal office conditions.
• Travel required.
