Description:
Responsible for the processing of all types of involuntary deductions in the payroll system. Partner with third party agent to review and interpret new deductions and maintain existing deductions. Provide information regarding the involuntary deductions to associates, courts, creditors, attorneys, and state agencies. - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy

- Any payroll experience
- Any experience with ADP involuntary deductions
- Any involuntary deductions experience- Review/analyze involuntary deductions received via certified mail, first class mail or by registered agent and processed by third party agent
- Ensure involuntary deductions are processed in accordance with appropriate state and federal laws
- Process involuntary deduction overrides in the payroll system
- Process weekly audit reports to balance involuntary deductions between payroll system and third party agent
- Review/analyze involuntary deduction reports for research and negotiation purposes
- Submit local deposits, check requests, process mail, and maintain audit records
- Communicate with store associates, courts, attorneys, state agencies, and creditors who request additional information
- Conduct research/provide explanation of details surrounding the administration of involuntary deductions
- Respond to requests from third party agent
- Process and settle defaults working through legal counsel and third part agent
