Description:
Responsible for testing changes and enhancements to the time and attendance system. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.
Minimum - Advanced system testing knowledge
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to write test scripts
- Ability to work as a leader and as an individual contributor in a team environment
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
Desired - 3 years developing and executing systems tests, preferably in an HR or Payroll environment
- Advanced system testing knowledge in HR or Payroll information systems
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Set up and maintain the more complex contract administration parameters for all collective bargaining agreements and non-union work agreements for the enterprise.
- Develop scope of project plans and development test plans
- Coordinate with in-house and/or off shore teams to communicate programming needs
- Oversee and/or conduct unit and regression testing.
- Record and track defects discovered during test execution.
- Utilize The Kroger Change Management processes to document test case results and system changes.
- Special projects related to Time & Attendance system.
- Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.
