Your JobKoch Capabilities is seeking a Senior Treasury Analyst to join our Treasury team in Wichita, KS. This position will require a highly motivated, self-driven individual. In this collaborative role, you will analyze, transform, and present on our liquidity and have the opportunity to work closely with Treasury, Investment, and Accounting personnel.
Our TeamThe Koch Global Treasury team is the financial steward for the Koch enterprise and serves as a strategic partner to Koch's diverse operating and investment companies in the areas of Cash Management & Operations, Liquidity Management, and Capital Markets. As a Senior Treasury Analyst on the Liquidity Management team, your role involves understanding the inflows and outflows of the Koch enterprise, preparing and reconciling liquidity forecasts and reports, and identifying process improvement opportunities.
What You Will Do - Work closely with our operating businesses, trading and investment teams to understand incoming and outgoing cashflows
- Understand and effectively communicate the enterprise cash flow forecast to leadership and stakeholders
- Gather data from multiple data sources, aggregate, and analyze data to produce real-time reports that support strategic decision making
- Create accurate liquidity reports and forecasts for senior leaders, board members and rating agencies
- Identify and implement forecasting improvements on an ongoing basis
- Utilize technology to automate and efficiently create valuable liquidity tools
- Lead, challenge, develop, and act as a role model for Koch Global Treasury personnel
- Assist with other Koch Global Treasury priorities and initiatives as needed
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)- Work experience in an Accounting or Treasury or Finance role or a Bachelor's degree in a business related field
- Experience using analytical skills to compile and analyze data and communicate drivers of fluctuations
- Strong communication skills with experience learning from others, challenging results, and recommending solutions
- Experience using formulas & pivot tables in Microsoft Excel (including utilizing lookups)
What Will Put You Ahead - Demonstrated skill with visualization tools (i.e. Sigma, PowerBI, Tableau)
- Forecasting experience or accounting experience
- Strong multi-tasking and attention to detail skills
- A natural sense of curiosity and the propensity to ask questions
- Ability to quickly learn, understand, and clearly articulate complex concepts
- Experience with Sigma and/or familiarity with SQL
